I noticed, standing in my yard on a SUNDAY afternoon, that our Magnolia had some kind of infestation. I got on Yelp, found this arborist, called them and left a voicemail. First thing MONDAY MORNING, someone returned my call. WOW. What other companies are this responsive?! The office manager took my information and Patrick called me back just a little while later and offered to come by and look at my trees THAT EVENING! Patrick is obviously knowledgeable and personable, easy to talk to, doesn't sell you or make you uncomfortable in any way; straightforward but easy going. The price seemed very reasonable/fair. (We didn't get a second quote – why dork around for another couple weeks trying to get someone else to return my calls and come out? Besides, we really liked Patrick and also, we've had enough other tree/yard work done over the years to know that they were in the ballpark.) Our magnolia was treated twice over the following week or two and already I can tell it is getting better. We also had two old apple trees taken down, and like the other reviewer said, the clean up was excellent! You wouldn't know anything was done except that the trees had disappeared. :-) We were VERY pleased with GreenTrees and plan to recommend them to our neighbors and definitely use them again!

Patrick is very knowledgeable and professional! He has a hard working staff. I will look to him in the future for help with my yard.

I have used Greentrees since 2010. I have a beautiful huge flowering crabapple tree that kept losing leaves within 2 months. It was a mess. Someone mentioned Greentrees and to contact Patrick. I did and each year after, my tree got prettier and held the leaves longer until it finally stopped losing leaves till the fall. It took time but it was worth saving and trusting Patrick. During that initial visit, I included fertilizing my huge 40-50 year old apple tree and Mugos in my berm that were getting webs on them. Eventually added 3 more crab apple trees. Everything looks beautiful and healthy. It enhances my property and home value. After reading the recent negative review, I felt compelled to write about my experience with Greentrees. Patrick Gayles and his entire staff are nothing but TOP DRAWER! Knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and courteous. It is obvious to me that Patrick and all of his employees care very deeply about competence and integrity. I would highly recommend Greentrees to anyone and everyone. I hope now I have set the record straight.

Workers arrived precisely when scheduled. They got to work without interfering with anyone, cut the tree down, and did a great clean up job! They were gone within an hour!

They responded quickly to widespread tree damage after we endured a cross line wind of 80 mph. They came out within a few days and cut down and up damaged trees and removed them by hauling them away. They raked up ALL of the leaves, branches and restored our property to PRE–storm condition minus the trees that were impacted.
