When they came to give an estimate, I asked Pat to look at a few other trees with branches too close to the house. He had no problem checking them out, giving an assessment, and adding a separate list of charges so I could consider getting the extra work done. He also noticed that a large branch on another tree was cracked in half – added removal of that branch for little additional. Very pleased with the professional yet friendly attitude!

GreenTrees saved thousands of dollars worth of trees on my residence property (over an acre) planted by another company that were diseased or infested when planted by the other Company, and the other Company would only replace a few of them. GreenTrees performs regular spraying and deep root fertilization of all my trees now, and they all look great. I recently hired them to prune nearly all of my trees and remove some dead bushes. I will say that they are definitely not the cheapest, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. Every member of the crew is extremely knowledgable about trees and how they should be cared for. They balanced pruning for aesthetics and safety near buildings with the natural beauty of the trees (no hack job here!). They went above and beyond my expectations by even pruning some bushes and clearing away some rose bush clippings I had left on the ground. They also gave me advice about the location of some items I had planted, and suggested better locations and/or spacing. They really care about trees, and about meeting my needs. They walked the grounds twice with me during the day to ensure my expectations were being met. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again myself.

They responded quickly to widespread tree damage after we endured a cross line wind of 80 mph. They came out within a few days and cut down and up damaged trees and removed them by hauling them away. They raked up ALL of the leaves, branches and restored our property to PRE–storm condition minus the trees that were impacted.

I have used Greentrees since 2010. I have a beautiful huge flowering crabapple tree that kept losing leaves within 2 months. It was a mess. Someone mentioned Greentrees and to contact Patrick. I did and each year after, my tree got prettier and held the leaves longer until it finally stopped losing leaves till the fall. It took time but it was worth saving and trusting Patrick. During that initial visit, I included fertilizing my huge 40-50 year old apple tree and Mugos in my berm that were getting webs on them. Eventually added 3 more crab apple trees. Everything looks beautiful and healthy. It enhances my property and home value.
