Last year, during a storm, I had a tree go through my roof. The crew from Greentrees, Inc. was very professional. They gave me immediate attention and were very thorough and careful not to cause any additional damage. It was a pleasure having them at my house. After all the repairs were done on my house, I did hire them again to remove two (2) additional trees in my backyard I was worried about. Again, they were courteous and professional. The clean-up was remarkable. I would hire them again if need be and would definitely refer them to my friends.

Knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and courteous. It is obvious to me that Patrick and all of his employees care very deeply about competence and integrity. I noticed, standing in my yard on a SUNDAY afternoon, that our Magnolia had some kind of infestation. I got on Yelp, found this arborist, called them and left a voicemail. First thing MONDAY MORNING, someone returned my call. WOW. What other companies are this responsive?! The office manager took my information and Patrick called me back just a little while later and offered to come by and look at my trees THAT EVENING! Patrick is obviously knowledgeable and personable, easy to talk to, doesn't sell you or make you uncomfortable in any way; straightforward but easy going. The price seemed very reasonable/fair. (We didn't get a second quote – why dork around for another couple weeks trying to get someone else to return my calls and come out? Besides, we really liked Patrick and also, we've had enough other tree/yard work done over the years to know that they were in the ballpark.) Our magnolia was treated twice over the following week or two and already I can tell it is getting better. We also had two old apple trees taken down, and like the other reviewer said, the clean up was excellent! You wouldn't know anything was done except that the trees had disappeared. :-) We were VERY pleased with GreenTrees and plan to recommend them to our neighbors and definitely use them again!

GreenTrees saved thousands of dollars worth of trees on my residence property (over an acre) planted by another company that were diseased or infested when planted by the other Company, and the other Company would only replace a few of them. GreenTrees performs regular spraying and deep root fertilization of all my trees now, and they all look great. I recently hired them to prune nearly all of my trees and remove some dead bushes. I will say that they are definitely not the cheapest, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. Every member of the crew is extremely knowledgable about trees and how they should be cared for. They balanced pruning for aesthetics and safety near buildings with the natural beauty of the trees (no hack job here!). They went above and beyond my expectations by even pruning some bushes and clearing away some rose bush clippings I had left on the ground. They also gave me advice about the location of some items I had planted, and suggested better locations and/or spacing. They really care about trees, and about meeting my needs. They walked the grounds twice with me during the day to ensure my expectations were being met. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again myself.
